- This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only, excluding employees of Purity Global Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age and identity may be required.
- Promotion Period: The giveaway opens via the official Crystale Instagram page on 11am 15/07/2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 22/07/2026. Three (3) winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
- How to Enter: Participants must:
- Follow @crystale_clean and @cluttered_to_clean_ on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least one friend.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Only one prize may be won per entrant during the Promotion Period.
- Winner Selection: All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random prize draw using an independent Instagram Random Comment Generator. Three (3) winners will be selected at random following the closing date.

- Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @crystale_clean Instagram account within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
- Winners must respond to the Instagram Direct Message within 28 days of initial contact to confirm acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, Purity Global Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
- Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of confirmation of the winner's delivery details.
- The prize must be accepted as awarded. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to accept or use the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative in whole or in part. Purity Global Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
- Purity Global Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, cancel or suspend the promotion, or reject any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions or is considered fraudulent, offensive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
- If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Purity Global Ltd reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Bulk entries, entries submitted via third parties, consumer groups, automated methods, scripts or any other means intended to unfairly increase the chances of winning will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
- Purity Global Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise not successfully received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its reasonable control. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
- If, for any reason, this promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, fraud, unauthorised intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Purity Global Ltd, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the promotion.
- Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, Purity Global Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
- Winners agree to the use of their first name and county for reasonable publicity purposes relating to this promotion. The surname and county of the winners may be requested by emailing hollie.leake@purityglobal.co.uk within three months of the closing date. If a winner objects to this information being made available, Purity Global Ltd will provide the information only where legally required, including to the Advertising Standards Authority.
